Our Friend Vinny "Put Me Down for an 8" Hat Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. Our Friend Vinny, Minnesota, USA (ourfriendvinny.com) ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period. The giveaway begins when the Sponsor's giveaway email is sent and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 9, 2026 ("Entry Period").

4. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter: (a) click the giveaway entry button (labeled "Yes, add me + enter to win" or "Enter to win a free hat") in the Sponsor's giveaway email; or (b) send an email to kyle@ourfriendvinny.com with the subject line "Hat Giveaway" and your full name. You do not need to be on, or remain on, the Our Friend Vinny email list to enter or win. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method. Both methods have an equal chance of winning.

5. Prizes. Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Put Me Down for an 8 Hat in the color of their choice, subject to availability, shipped free to a U.S. address. Approximate retail value: $34.99 each; total approximate value of all prizes: $104.97. No cash or other substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.

6. Winner Selection and Notification. Three winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 10, 2026. Winners will be notified by email and must reply within seven (7) days to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. General. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or for technical failures. You can unsubscribe from Our Friend Vinny emails at any time using the link in any of our emails; doing so after entering does not affect your entry.

8. Privacy. Information collected is used to administer this giveaway and to send Our Friend Vinny emails to those on our list, who may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Winners List. For the names of the winners, email kyle@ourfriendvinny.com with the subject "Hat Giveaway Winners" after November 10, 2026.
